Competitive exams don't have to feel like a war. Learn Study skills to prepare with consistency and calmness.
Our Philosophy
As civilizations evolved, competitive exams replaced physical fights to acquire limited resources. The word competition [which comes from com + petere in classical Latin], used to mean come together and seek. Thus, competition had the same feel as a contest. But growing socio-economic disparity has made competitive exams more akin to wars than contest.
The mission of Examyoga is to restore the original perception. As the popular Sanskrit word yoga means alignment, Examyoga intends to create a body-mind state that is harmoniously aligned with the Exam Experience. Thereby, enable students to prepare and answer exams with consistency and calmness.
Examyoga is not about escaping competition; it's about learning to participate in it.
Our Approach
Consistency and calmness get heavily disturbed by the extreme outcome pressure of competitive exams — something students rarely experience when studying for regular exams. This pressure triggers four mental reactions: concentration loss, determination loss, emotional breakdown, confidence breakdown. To address these, we train students in these FOUR foundational study skills.
What We Offer — Our Solutions
Problem-solving requires the use of high-quality, tangible tools. To assist students in achieving specific study-effort improvement goals, we provide the following tools:

Our Methodology
We follow the 6-sigma DMAIC (Define–Measure–Analyze–Improve–Control) approach of quality improvement, grounded in the classical PDC (Plan–Do–Check) approach. What distinguishes 6-sigma is the specific tools it recommends to achieve desired quality improvements.
